Job Opportunity: Executive Assistant, JEDI Team
We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Assistant to support our JEDI team. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations and effective coordination within the team and across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complex scheduling for internal and external meetings and events
Coordinate travel and logistics for team members
Manage department expenses and reimbursements
Provide full logistical support for in-person and remote events
Assist with planning processes, including template development and note-taking
Maintain organized electronic and paper files
Draft professional correspondence as needed
Qualifications
5+ years of administrative experience, preferably in an executive assistant role
Proven ability to manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings/events
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Zoom, and Slack
Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
Skill in prioritizing tasks and maintaining composure under pressure
Discretion in handling sensitive matters

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Experience in philanthropic or non-profit organizations
Familiarity with Asana, Salesforce, Miro, and Mentimeter
Experience working internationally or with global partners
