Business Solutions Manager at Ultimate Staffing
Duties: * Support the Executive VP * Greets visitors and handles incoming calls * Schedules and coordinates meetings, travel, and conferences * Prepares meeting agendas and minutes. * Conducts market research and prepares notes * Assists with organizing employee events. * Manage expense reports * Prepares invoicing records * Review vendor contracts * Analyzes survey information for regional management. * Prepares training presentations and materials.
Requirements: * 2+ years of Executive Assistant experience * Experience in the Real Estate industry is a plus! * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) * MUST have strong Excel skills with experience using advanced functions such as pivot tables and VLOOKUPS.
Additional Info: * Pay: $70,000 to $85,000 + BONUS * Schedule: M-F 8:30 am to 5:30 pm * Location: Hybrid - 1x wfh per week
