Administrative Assistant of Fleet Services

At Massey Services, Inc. We are constantly growing and it’s time for our Fleet Department to add another valued team player with an automotive background. Body shop administration preferred.

We are Looking for that someone who's a quick learner and can help our Fleet Department with nearly 180 service center and nearly 2,900 drivers.

Daily tasks will include communication by phone and computer to our vendors and service centers. Dealing directly with our lease company and there staff; Analyzing mechanical and body repairs in the long run. You will be working with our Team Members supplying fuel card, lease, and billing answers. You will be using our Fleet Database and Fleet Management Systems such as ARI and WEX on a daily basis.

Microsoft office experience is needed as Excel and Outlook. This position requires quick problem solving or a solid strategy to resolve concerns, due to it's fast pace environment. Self-motivation is a must as the industry will constantly change. The ideal candidate will need to have a clear driving record with active driver’s license, and reliable transportation.
