Global Supply Chain Manager, Retail Development

Role and Responsibilities:

• Create and track purchase requisitions until completion.
• Assist the purchasing and Retail Development team with PO changes and updates, ensuring proper submission of purchase requests in Jira.
• Reconcile invoices, collaborate with vendors and Accounts Payable on outstanding invoices, and enhance processes.
• Complete NDAs and conduct RFIs.
• Create RFQs, review, analyze, and clarify vendor quotations, and develop sourcing and business recommendations that balance cost, quality, lead time, and technical considerations.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms, manage cost changes throughout the product lifecycle, maintain contractor relationships, and act as the single point of contact for all issues.
• Select and onboard vendors.
• Collaborate with internal business partners, including Finance, Legal, Accounts Payable, Warehouse managers, and other cross-functional teams on projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, or a related technical field. Relevant work experience in procurement or supply chain may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Experience in Indirect Procurement, with a preference for Retail Procurement.
• Strong negotiation skills and strategic business experience.
• Excellent critical thinking and both quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
• Experience with bid processes (RFI, RFP, and informal bids), vendor negotiations, contract writing, and contract implementation.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, work independently, and maintain a high level of focus.
• Proficiency in Excel, Smartsheets, ERP Systems (SAP), Coupa, and Jira.
