Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies to drive sales growth and market share.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure sales alignment and support.
- Utilize CRM tools and sales analytics to track performance metrics and optimize sales processes.
- Provide regular reporting to senior management on sales performance & market trends.
- Stay informed about industry developments and best practices in sales management.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Deep understanding of go-to-market strategies and sales methodologies.
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and strategic partners.
