Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies to drive sales growth and market share.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure sales alignment and support.
Utilize CRM tools and sales analytics to track performance metrics and optimize sales processes.
Provide regular reporting to senior management on sales performance & market trends.
Stay informed about industry developments and best practices in sales management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
8+ years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Deep understanding of go-to-market strategies and sales methodologies.
Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
