The Role:  We are looking for a talented Growth Project Manager to join our team. This person will report to both the Head of Growth & the Sr. Manager of Process to lead end-to-end project management for all growth marketing initiatives, activations, campaigns and activities.


Responsibilities:


Project Management:

  • Lead and manage growth initiatives from conception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Align with C-level stakeholders to ensure all projects are brand aligned, and up to the highest caliber of execution.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, operations, and customer service, to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  • Manage requests, approvals flows, and briefs for new initiatives across all channels


Strategy and Execution:

  • Identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform growth strategies.
  • Refine and develop processes to streamline communication and internal efficiencies. 


Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of growth initiatives.
  • Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and continuously optimize growth strategies.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting progress, challenges, and recommendations.


Innovation and Experimentation:

  • Drive innovation by testing new ideas, channels, and tactics to find scalable growth opportunities.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to validate hypotheses and improve campaign performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in growth marketing.


Collaboration and Communication:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Communicate project status, key milestones, and risks to relevant stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the team.



Skills & Qualifications:


  • 3+  years experience of proven Project Management expertise working with marketing and planning teams
  • Proficient in: Monday.com, Digital Asset Management Systems
  • Proven track record of working step by step with external ad agencies to develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across various platforms.
  • Deep understanding of all areas of marketing processes including: digital, creative, offline, packaging and e-commerce.
  • Great work ethic, exceptional organizational skills, and proactive communication: Must be organized, detail oriented, resourceful, and adept at prioritizing and juggling multiple projects at once to communicate, follow up on, and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving, fast-changing environment, oftentimes under pressure
  • Proactive approach to projects and always thinking ahead; shows initiative to drive results and solve problems, and can always be counted on to follow through with transparency
  • Knowledge of project management and budgeting best practices, including workflow, and terminology
  • Professional and positive demeanor
  • Ability to interact well with diverse personalities
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills, with heightened attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and plan strategically and efficiently

  • Ability to accurately and effectively communicate with customers and staff in a professional and courteous manner
