HR Manager Responsibilities Include

  • Develop corporate HR plans.
  • Oversee HR initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Employee development.
  • Benefits administration.
  • Payroll verification.
  • Recruiting.

HR Manager Qualifications Include

  • Have a "can-do", positive personality!
  • At least 5+ years experience as an HR Manager in the restaurant industry, preferable QSR.
  • Proven experience/knowledge of all local, state, and federal labor law guidelines.
  • Experience managing groups of over 1000 employees.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Have expert computer/technology experience
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to work in an office on-site environment.
