JOB OVERVIEW:

The Specialist, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will support the Central and Stores Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) teams. They will collaborate closely with the HRBP teams on internal promotions and movement resulting in high-volume job placements. They will also be a partner on the Leadership Development Program (LDP) and Intern programs. They will support the HRBP teams on any relevant HR priorities, initiatives and projects. Our ideal candidate has a passion for growing talent within the organization.



ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Work with HRBPs and People Leaders to own the logistics for internal promotions and movement, including scheduling interviews and completing systemic (HCM) updates, compensation changes, skill assessments and any associated written communications
  • Support the LDP and Intern Programs including hiring logistics, faces and email templates
  • Support HRBPs in any completion follow-ups (i.e., performance reviews, compliance, benefits enrollment)
  • Support HRBPs in new position REQ creation
  • Analyze and format data and presentations to meet the needs of the HRBPs
  • Support HRBP projects and initiatives. (i.e., Talent Review Sessions, Career Expos)



SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • We encourage candidates with either a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field to apply
  • 2+ years related experience
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate cross-functionally and across hierarchy levels
  • Intellectually curious with strong analytical skills, drawing actionable insights and recommendations
  • Strong written and verbal communication, storytelling and PowerPoint/presentation skills for diverse audiences
  • Strong organizational skills and effective time management; Ability to juggle multiple projects
  • Maintains confidentiality and security of sensitive company information
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and Company needs
  • Work Hours: Full Time
  • Location: Corporate Offices/Hybrid
  • Excellent project management skills and strong sense of urgency
