Pay Range: $75 to $80/Hour.
Job Description:
Responsible for initiating, planning, executing, and controlling large, complex enterprise projects, ensuring they meet business objectives within budgetary and schedule limitations.
Manages project scope, budget, schedule, and team, communicating with senior management about project status and delivering results.
Develops and implements project plans, business requirement documents, communication plans, and other project documents, maintaining project control books and logs.
Provides leadership to project teams, resolving conflicts, promoting company interests, and ensuring realistic and achievable project goals.
Conducts lessons learned sessions, evaluates project results against business strategies and objectives, and issues closing reports.
Required Skills:
Graduate degree (HR, MPA, MPH, or MBA preferred) with 10 years’ experience in HR, healthcare, project management, or related field.
Experienced in large-scale project management and budgeting, with knowledge of recruitment marketing.
Proven track record in data-driven decision-making and proficient in Excel.
Skilled in Steering Committee and Executive stakeholder management, with excellent communication skills.
