Job Summary: The HR Project Manager will play a dual role, combining strategic oversight with hands-on project management to enhance our HR function. You will report into and act as a right-hand person to the CHRO, assisting in the execution of HR strategies, facilitating effective decision-making, and ensuring the successful delivery of HR projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic counsel to the HR leadership, assisting in decision-making, policy development, and strategic planning.
  • Manage the HR team’s internal communications, ensuring a clear and consistent message.
  • Assist in budget preparation and resource allocation for HR initiatives.
  • Facilitate meetings, including setting agendas, coordinating schedules, and ensuring follow-up on action items.
  • Organize and prioritize critical issues and required information for the HR leadership to facilitate efficient decision making.
  • Manage and execute HR project portfolio from conception through to completion, managing timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring they align with organizational goals and deliver value. Conduct regular project meetings to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged.
  • Manage the HR calendar, coordinating events and ensuring critical deadlines are met.
  • Monitor applicable metrics and prepare reports for senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Support change management processes, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth transitions.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or the equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in HR leadership roles, with a track record of successful project management.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on negotiation and persuasion.
  • Proficiency with HR software, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
