Interaction Designer
Requirements
Solid academic background in human-computer interaction or related field.
Mandatory
Expert knowledge and experience with designing user interface mockups, flows, and design components in Figma.
Nice To Have
Demonstrated experience in designing usable web-based interfaces.
Strong visual design sense. Proactive / self starter with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Must be highly responsive to feedback from multiple UX, Engineer, and Product Manager partners with a drive to seek out feedback for the purpose of iterating & exploring multiple design concepts/directions.
Need to have expert ability to weigh pros/cons of different directions and articulate clearly the tradeoffs to form strong design point of view, grounded in stakeholder feedback, users insights, and best UX practices.
