Interim CCRC Executive Director

Are you looking for an interim contract leading a CCRC senior living community? I need a senior living executive director that can assist with daily operation leadership for a lifeplan community. This position would require onsite presence and housing would be provided during the interim assignment.

This role is responsible for removing barriers for the leadership team, handling any escalations from residents or families and holding down the fort until the board has selected a new executive director. If you have proven experience leading operations for independent living AND healthcenters, I would love to discuss.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for directing, administering and supervising the day-to-day operations of the program at the community, within established policies and procedures and in an efficient and economical manner, while maintaining the highest standards possible within allocated resources.
• Acts as liaison between resident associations and their committees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Health Care, Business Administration or a health-related field; Master’s degree a plus.
• Nursing home administrator's license a plus.
• Minimum of five years managerial experience in the senior living is required.
