JURISolutions is seeking an experienced international trade specialist for a remote engagement with our law firm client in Dallas, Texas. A qualified candidate will have expert knowledge of U.S. import/export control regulations and licensing policies (under ITAR, EAR, OFAC, etc), as well as U.S. Customs issues more generally. Responsibilities will include the design and management of global trade compliance programs, classifying products for import and export, implementing compliance policies for firm clients and providing guidance to complex regulatory interpretation questions, among other related tasks.
This is a part-time position and may require some travel to client locations. A customs broker license is preferred but not required.
