We’re in search of a talented Junior UX/UI Designer to play a key role in shaping the future of customer experiences through human-centered design processes.
Must have:
US citizen, eligible to obtain a security clearance (Public Trust)
Minimum 1 year of provable experience in UX/UI design
Actionable knowledge of human-centered design processes
User research methodologies
User testing processes
UX deliverables
Solid knowledge of Web, iOS, and Android design guidelines and patterns
A strong portfolio that showcases UI design skills and experience
Proficient in industry-standard design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and other stakeholders
Work well within a Design team: be a team player!
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale
Nice to have:
Located in the DMV area
Experience in working with federal clients and understanding their unique requirements and constraints
Experience working with UX tools (
