Summary
The Lead, Talent Development Solutions is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing performance management processes and systems and talent development programs. This role involves overseeing the performance management process, identifying high-potential partners, and creating succession plans to ensure a pipeline of qualified leaders. This role collaboratives with HR to create a culture of continuous improvement, development, succession planning, and recognition.
Duties & Responsibilities
Performance Management:
The pay ranges outlined below are presented in accordance with state-specific regulations. These ranges may differ in other areas and could be subject to variation based on regulatory minimum wage requirements. Actual pay rates will depend on factors such as position, location, level of experience, and applicable state or local minimum wage laws. If the regulatory minimum wage exceeds the minimum indicated in the pay range below, the regulatory minimum wage will be the minimum rate applied.

Duties & Responsibilities
Performance Management:
- Design and implement effective performance management systems and processes that align with the organization's strategic goals.
- Develop and administer performance appraisal processes, including setting performance standards, goals, and evaluation criteria.
- Provide training and support to leaders and partners on performance management tools and best practices.
- Facilitate regular check-in and performance review process, ensuring timely and meaningful feedback.
- Develop and implement succession planning strategies to ensure a pipeline of qualified candidates for key positions.
- Identify critical roles and high-potential employees.
- Conduct talent assessments and create development plans for succession candidates.
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure alignment of succession plans with business needs.
- Develop and execute talent development programs that enhance partner’s skills and competencies.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities within the organization.
- Create and manage career development plans.
- Implement mentoring and coaching programs to support partner growth and development.
- Establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of performance management and talent development initiatives.
- Continuously improve programs based on feedback and evaluation results, incorporating best practices and innovative approaches.
- Serve as a consultant to the business on performance management and talent development needs and solutions.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of performance and development programs with organizational goals.
- Communicate the benefits and progress of performance management and talent development initiatives to stakeholders.
- Accountable for the performance/talent management system to enhance program delivery and accessibility.
- Implement and manage tools and technologies that support performance tracking, feedback, and development.
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality in all performance management and talent development activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 + years of experience in performance management, talent development, or a related field.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing performance management systems and talent development programs.
- Strong understanding of performance appraisal processes and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- High proficiency in using performance management software (Workday)
