A client of Insight Globals' is looking for an IT Engineer, this is the Tier 3 level support on the service desk team, directly reporting to the senior manager. They will be supporting all internal employees, which includes 200 Mac user and 2500 Windows users. This person will primarily be supporting all Mac related service desk responsibilities (listed below in day to day).

Jamf management
Tool administration
Creating and maintaining master images
Hardware troubleshooting and maintenance
