Summary/Objective

We are seeking an experienced Manager of Human Resources Business Partner. Working primarily with international business, this position will be responsible for working closely with the Director, of NFL International to support the strategic operational goals and tactical initiatives that shape our culture, engage our employees, and drive organizational results. The ideal candidate must demonstrate the ability to become a trusted partner and advisor for leaders and employees, bringing a passion for strategic thinking and delivering practical, results-oriented solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a people strategy to proactively address business needs working with talent acquisition, organizational development, performance management, talent planning and career development, employee relations, leadership development, compensation and rewards, and diversity groups.
  • Business partner with senior leadership for International with a high level of client-focused internal consulting.
  • Work with a wider shared services team to provide first-class strategic business partnering and responsive, quality service to all employees within the client group.
  • Directly provide the provision of expert advice and counsel to leaders on all organization and human resources issues.
  • Lead the implementation of all key company-wide HR initiatives and life cycle activities for the client group; e.g. learning programs, compensation planning, performance management, and talent planning for client groups.
  • In partnership with the Talent Acquisition team, develop the internal and external recruitment and planning strategies to meet the needs of the production group including seasonal and agency planning and hiring.  
  • Provide ongoing leadership coaching to key executives within the organization

Required Education And Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources
  • Understanding of, and experience with, core aspects of Human Resource Management (staffing; employee relations; compliance; investigations, compensation planning, performance management; leadership development; training, including all administrative aspects of the foregoing)
  • Ability to think strategically and translate concepts into actionable items
  • Must possess consultative style and authentic approach, with proven ability to develop credible relationships
  • Proven ability to influence decision-making; courage to make tough decisions and deliver difficult messages
  • Ability to work confidentially independently, resourcefully, and using own initiative
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project/program management skills
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Exercise a high degree of professionalism and diplomacy in interactions with all levels of the organization
  • Strong experience and demonstrated skills in handling a variety of employee relations matters
  • Excellent follow-through skills and the ability to anticipate and address business needs proactively
  • Possess strong work ethic; self-motivated with a desire to take initiative and look for ways to improve processes and create efficiencies
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills in managing through multiple priorities with overlapping tasks across multiple businesses
  • Highly adaptable to a fluid and ever-changing work environment
  • Happy to work across different time zones when required.

Preferred Education And Experience

  • Experience within entertainment or sports industry preferred.
  • Production or Studio experience

  • Occasional light lifting and standing.

Travel

  • Occasional international travel

Expected Hours Of Work And Additional Requirements

  • Occasional weekend work during peak game season.

Salary / Pay Range

This job posting contains a pay range, which represents the range of salaries or hourly rates that the NFL believes, in good faith, at the time of this posting that it might be willing to pay for the posted job in the location(s) specified. The NFL expects to hire for this position near the middle of the range. Only in truly rare and exceptional circumstances, where an external candidate has experience, credentials or expertise that far exceed those required or expected for the position, would the NFL consider paying a salary or rate near the higher end of the range.

Salary

$100,000 — $135,000 USD
