As a Manager, Professional Services, you will be responsible for the strategic direction, operational management, and overall success of a specific practice area within the organization. Your role involves leading a team of professionals, driving business growth, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services or products.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic plan for the practice in alignment with the overall business goals.
  • Identify market trends, opportunities, and potential risks to make informed business decisions.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of professionals within the practice. Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture. Provide guidance and support for professional development.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Understand client needs and expectations to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the financial aspects of the practice, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Oversee the execution of projects within the practice area to ensure they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality services or products that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to ensure business continuity.
  • Effectively communicate the practice's vision, goals, and performance to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work cross functionally across the organization.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a SaaS business, hospitality experience preferred.
  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and achieve financial targets.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Salesforce experience required. Kantata / Mavenlink is preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools.
  • Customer-focused mindset.
