This position is contingent on award of the contract

Responsibilities

  • Enter data into computer systems and databases with speed and accuracy
  • Verify the accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents
  • Review and correct any errors or discrepancies in the data
  • Retrieve data from various sources and prepare reports as needed
  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic files
  • Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
  • Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as assigned


Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data entry, manipulation, and analysis
  • Ability to transcribe information accurately and efficiently
  • Strong administrative and clerical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Familiarity with basic math calculations
  • Comfortable working with computerized systems and databases
  • Experience with order entry is a plus
