NoSQL / Elastic Search Database Administrator with Fortune 500 Bank

Akkodis is seeking a NoSQL / Elastic Search Database Administrator for a contract position with our Fortune 500 banking client.

Target Rate Range: $60-64.82/hr W2

Hybrid: 3+ days in office. Can sit in Minneapolis; Atlanta; Dallas; Denver; Cincinnati; Chicago; or St Louis hubs.

Client/Server Database Administrator

• Interpersonal communication skills sufficient to effectively interact with customer staff and other contract personnel.
• The team supports a variety of databases across different business lines, with Elastic Search being a big one.
• Technical writing skills to document work performed and maintenance instructions.
• Provides performance monitoring and tuning.
• Normal hours are 9am-5pm but they also have an on-call rotation

Skills:

• Financial services experience a plus.
• Number of years is not hard and fast, but would be targeting 5 or more years of experience of NoSQL and administering elastic search.
• Seeking hands-on experience in installing, upgrading databases on a Unix or Linux system.
