We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as the Director of OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer). As the Director of OEM, you will be responsible for leading and managing our OEM operations, ensuring the successful development, implementation, and execution of OEM strategies.

As the Director of OEM, you will be responsible for leading and managing our OEM operations, ensuring the successful development, implementation, and execution of OEM strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the overall OEM strategy in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
- Identify and establish partnerships with potential OEM partners, negotiating and finalizing OEM agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as product development, sales, and marketing to ensure seamless integration and execution of OEM programs.
- Oversee the entire OEM process, from design and development to production and delivery, ensuring that quality standards are met.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats to the OEM business.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase profitability.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to foster collaboration and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management, providing updates on the performance of the OEM operations and recommending necessary actions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in OEM operations, with a minimum of 8 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of the OEM industry, market trends, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and maintaining strategic partnerships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
