Job Description

Travel: 20% in our Florida Market

Reporting to Florida Operations Leadership, The Operations Coordinator will have two key Market-wide responsibilities: 1) Bolstering medical group culture amongst the providers in the market by fostering relationships and driving value and 2) Monitoring, updating, and maintaining the accuracy of care center and provider information located on the payer portals.

Primary Job Duties

Drive Intra-Market Communications and Culture Amongst Providers

  • Creation of slack channels
  • Development of market rosters
  • Assist with OM/ Physician summits and events
  • Develop and roll out feedback tools
  • Assist with the development and roll out of value-driving initiatives
  • Attend Conferences as Needed
  • Monitor Changes to Florida Specific Healthcare Landscape Changes
  • Assist in the Curation of Best Practice Playbooks on Patient Experience and In-Office Experience
  • Support the rollout of those within the market


Payer Portal Management

  • Conduct ongoing review of payer portals to ensure every provider for every care center is loaded accurately in the back end and displayed accurately in the patient-facing view of the portals
  • Leveraging the available tools, develop a process to systemically complete the portal reviews every quarter, update information as needed, and monitor throughout the year
  • Leveraging project management software, maintain a tracking mechanism to ensure compliance
  • Maintain the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) document
  • Identify areas for process improvement and update the SOP as appropriate


Additional duties include, but are not limited to, supporting the market with high-priority initiatives and other operational support as needed.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in a professional environment
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus
  • Experience with project management tools
  • Ability to work in a very fast-paced and changing work environment
  • Experience with customer outreach
  • Experience using CRM tools
  • Experience with data collection and document management
  • Experience coordinating small (1-5 persons) meetings

The salary range for this role is $50,000 to $60,000 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. This role is also eligible for an annual bonus targeted at 10%. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.
