Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; 5-7 years manufacturing leadership experience incorporating continuous improvement preferred.
Experience in making high-impact decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing Principles, Budgeting/Forecasting, Foundry Environment, and People Management.
