Position Summary
Order Management Associates are responsible for accurate data preparation and input associated with the processing of customer orders and the resolution of order processing issues.
Essential Functions
Ability to work within a team structure, while working independently.

Strong computer skills with the ability to adapt to new software programs to support department initiatives and growth opportunities.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders.
Review orders for accuracy and address discrepancies with the sales team as required to ensure timely and accurately order processing.
Receive and process order transmissions utilizing Electronic Data Interchange system (EDI).
Business-to-Business (B2B) sales order processing and verification.
Set up and entry of wholesale and retail price tables as applicable.
Resolve data issues as they relate to sales order changes, pricing discrepancies, and shipping methods.
Achieve and maintain individual and group goals provided by management to ensure department and company initiatives are met.
Efficiency in verification of order entry.
Maintain reports to ensure orders continue to flow through the process in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Generate and review open order reports to ensure order discrepancies are identified and addressed in the initial stages of the process to ensure on-time delivery performance goals are consistently met.
Manage tasks within CRM
Complete other administrative tasks as related to customer account information and order entry.
Working Conditions
Hybrid position generally in office three (3) days per week, and remote from home two (2) days per week
