Job Summary

Lead the Change Management on IT Project for a Global Manufacture. Responsible for the partnering, coaching and guiding business partners on Change Management and create an actionable change plan. Will plan and execute on: Change Plan, Communications, Stakeholder Analysis, Leadership Engagement, Organizational Readiness and Change Impacts.

Job Requirements -

7-10 Years experience in OCM

Ability to Influence without Authority

Alignment of Stakeholder Groups

Ability to manage more than once project at a time

Worked in large matrixed global organizations

Desired Skills & Experience -

Experience with Trade Commodities

Experience on Data Projects
