This role will be responsible for providing tier 3 level support for troubleshooting and resolving complex issues within our Cisco network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience troubleshooting and resolving complex Cisco networks on a global scale, including Cisco ACI, WAN circuits, and software-defined networking (S

  • cture.Act as an escalation point of contact for break/fix resolution, ensuring timely and effective resolution of network-related inci
  • dents.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions to improve network performance, reliability, and sec
  • urity.Participate in major incident calls and large outages, providing expertise and guidance to resolve critical i
  • ssues.Maintain and update network documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and proce
  • dures.Mentor and coach a team of network administrators, providing technical guidance and support to ensure high-quality service del
  • ivery.Demonstrate attention to detail in all aspects of network administration and document
  • ation.Self-motivated with a strong attention to accountability and a sense of urgency when it comes to restoring operational

  • issues.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional
  • teams.Ability to work on-call 24x7 and participate in major incident calls and large outages as
  • needed.Proven track record of managing and resolving network-related incidents in a fast-paced envir
  • onment.Detail-oriented approach to network administration and documen
