Program Associate

Mosaic Group is seeking a Program Associate to become an integral member of our team. The Program Associate will be directly responsible for compiling, validating, interpreting, and analyzing data and trends, using qualitative and quantitative data techniques and methods. The Program Associate will prepare presentation-quality charts, tables, and reports from data analysis and client meetings. This role will provide support for project activities within the community and behavioral health portfolio of projects.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree from an accredited university or college in public health, public administration or other related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in health and human services, public policy, public health, research, or other related field
  • Proven analytic skills, including mining, evaluation, analysis and visualization
  • Strong Excel skills with ability to learn other analytic tools

 

Responsibilities:

Data Management:

  • Collect and manage large-scale data sets from various sources.
  • Assist with data collection from primary (e.g., focus groups, surveys, key informant interviews) and secondary sources.
  • Maintain and update databases to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Data Analysis:

  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to support optimal program decision-making.
  • Convert raw data into usable information and communicate analytical insights to management.
  • Develop and maintain data dashboards using Tableau and other analytic tools to visualize key metrics.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement through data analysis.

Visualization and Reporting:

  • Create and maintain interactive visualizations to interpret and present data effectively.
  • Develop detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Review work products to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency of content.

Program Support:

  • Support senior consultants with various program tasks, including report development.
  • Assist with grants and contract management, including monthly reports and maintaining data spreadsheets.
  • Conduct analysis for community health needs assessments to inform program development and improvement.
