The Skinny Confidential (TSC) is looking for a motivated, dedicated, and detailed-oriented individual to join our team in the role, TSC Project Coordinator. The primary focus of this position is to provide support for the Project & Operations Manager in all business-related projects. This role will heavily assist with brand partnerships campaigns, research and prep for the Him & Her Podcast, and various projects as needed. This person must be able to exercise good judgement, anticipate needs, and perform in a professional and discrete manner. The ideal candidate will bring a high degree of organization, creativity, energy and passion through the following:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project manage and execute partnerships with the TSC team from post-contract phase through campaign completion, including scheduling calls/shoot dates, coordination of shipments, preview and live dates, and delegation of tasks to other team members through the process
Work closely with TSC team to provide support in project management in regards to the campaign execution, due dates, content calendar, and campaign grids
Coordinate the Skinny Confidential Him & Her Podcast including managing the podcast schedule, trackers, episode prep (headshots, research & one sheets), being point-of-contact for all guests and all podcast-related inquiries both internal and external
Reaching out to TSC’s Dear Media Podcast Producer to get podcast assets for promotion
Keep Podcast website updated
Create and maintain The Skinny Confidential brand and TSC Podcast
Additional duties, tasks, and responsibilities as assigned
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience working collaboratively in fast-paced, startup environments
Experience managing cross-functional teams to drive results
Strong written, verbal, and visual presentation communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to interact with all personality types and behaviors; flexibility and adaptability
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with a high-volume email/workload
Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented work style
Ability to work against deadlines
Ability to act professionally and, many times, with discretion and confidentiality
Thrives in an entrepreneurial environment
Interest in podcasting, influencer marketing & social media
