Texas Health and Human Services Commission is seeking a Project Manager 3 consultant to coordinate work done by the vendor. This work may be taking place by vendor staff across the US, so the PM will need experience managing remote projects.
8yrs - Required - Experience managing major web portal projects for customized content delivery.
8yrs - Required - Experience managing complex projects at state or federal government agencies
3yrs - Preferred - Experience with creating Texas Project Delivery Framework deliverables and managing projects using this framework strongly preferred.
1yrs - Preferred - Certified PMP
1yrs - Preferred - Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or other Agile-related certifications
Work hours and location:
Services shall be provided during normal business hours unless otherwise coordinated through the Agency. Normal business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m., excluding Texas state holidays when the agency is closed.
The primary work location will be 701 W 51st St, Austin, Texas 78751 (business address for listing purposes) - REMOTE work only
Position will be remote. Program will allow candidates who are within the state (Any location within the State of Texas).
