Project Manager - Biotechnology

As a Project Manager at InnerPlant, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of our biotechnology projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and lead cross-functional projects related to biotechnology research and product development
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Create detailed project plans, including timelines and resource requirements
• Coordinate and monitor project activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and milestones
• Allocate and manage project resources effectively
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
• Review and evaluate project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion
• Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and quality standards
• Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to achieve project objectives
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and practices
  
  
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Biology, life sciences or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 3+ years experience as a Project Manager in the biotechnology or agricultural industry. Plant-related biotechnology is a huge plus
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing project resources
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards in the biotechnology industry

The US base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
