As a Quality Assurance/Control (QA/QC) Coordinator on our team, you’ll have an opportunity to support a program team with the coordination of inspection activities for pipe, valves, fittings, and vaults for our utility client. You will provide review support with material test reports, tracking/maintaining the inspection log files, coordinating/assigning inspection requests, and reviewing various submitted inspection reports in a fast-paced environment. Operating remotely, with the potential to be based at a client site, you will oversee that all work completed by contractors and consultants is of the highest quality with safety being our highest priority. You will also provide support to the Team Lead and Program Manager as needed.

• A high school diploma or equivalent

• +2 years of experience in the natural gas/pipeline construction and/or inspection coordination

• Strong computer skills and thorough knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook. Ability to use Excel functions including sorting, filtering, VLOOKUP - Required

• Effective communication skills (oral and written)

• High level of attention to detail and organization

Ideally, you’ll also have:

• Knowledge in civil, structural, mechanical, piping, welding, Cross Country Pipeline experience, gas and fluid service, NDE and rotating equipment.

• Knowledge in high pressure steel pipeline materials and components.

• Previous experience in a construction environment is highly desirable, with an understanding of the construction process and coordination of various entities in the industry

• Proficient use of the SAP procurement module.
