Real Estate Seller Side Processor and Closer

The Seller Side Processor will review the Offer to Purchase, Title Commitment, and prepare documents and statements for the closing transaction

Duties Included in Seller Side Processing for the Closing:

• Strong communication skills
• Review Offer to Purchase and contracts
• Contact vendors to obtain payoff statements, etc to be paid off at closing
• Review and clear any exceptions presented on title
• Prepare Seller Side closing documents and Seller Side closing statement
• Other duties and processes that may arise as part of the closing process
  
  

Other requirements:

• prior experience preferred
• work well in a fast paced environment and multi-task
• ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external clients in a professional manner
• must be a team player with a positive 'can do' attitude
