Reconciliation Data Analyst - SIGN ON BONUS & HYBRID SCHEDULE

TRAKAmerica is a national outsourcing provider managing over $18 billion in assets for our clients. As we continue to expand our infrastructure, we currently have an immediate opening in our Bonita Springs, Florida office for an intermediate-level Reconciliation Data Quality Analyst. This position is classified as non-exempt under the FLSA and will earn over-time pay for any hours worked in excess of 40 hours in a given work week.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Data Quality Analyst is a key member of the Data Quality team and will be required to analyze financial data, and account balances that are received from our suppliers, detect potential data quality issues, and work collaboratively with our suppliers to identify root causes, implement corrective procedures, and correct balance discrepancies. This position requires an elevated technical aptitude in Microsoft Offices products, especially excel as well as the ability to read and understand text data files.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Clear supplier and client level exception reporting primarily focused around our account level financial balances.
• Analyze exception reports for errors and reconcile account financial balances either individually or with suppliers.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
• When necessary, resolve data quality problems by identifying root causes and suggesting appropriate process design improvements.
• Strong communication skills to work with network suppliers regarding electronic file expectations and re-mediating data exceptions.
• Provide ongoing appropriate inter-departmental communication and weekly data reports.
• Recommend improvements and corrective procedures.
• Review internal and supplier processes around transmitting data.
• Develop, document and maintain data quality goals and standards.
• Report findings to Managers and suppliers.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's degree (obtained or in pursuit) in Business Administration or any financial field
• At least 1 year of previous data quality experience
• Experience working in a consulting capacity with outside vendors or suppliers
