About the Role
In this role, the Wellness Services Nurse will help our clients/patients do more of what they love. You will administer wellness treatments like IV Drip Therapy, Intramuscular Shots, Shockwave Therapy (which addresses symptoms related to erectile dysfunction) and other therapeutic modalities. You will also educate clients about our services and help them optimize their health with blood tests. You will also promote our memberships, document client visits, answer client questions, and communicate any issues to our medical team. Additionally, you will provide excellent customer service, assist with store services and off-site events, and maintain a safe and clean work environment.
What you will be doing
Administer IV Drip Therapy and Intramuscular (IM) Shots to deliver our menu of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants
Educate clients on the qualities and benefits of our IV Drip and Intramuscular (IM) Shot ingredients
Administer other therapeutic modalities, (i.e.: Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, Infrared Red-Light Therapy, Shockwave Therapy (sexual wellness treatment), and more
Diligently clean & prepare treatment room and instruments after every use
Utilize blood test offerings to help clients optimize their wellness
Promote program offerings and medical services based on client needs
Document client visits via electronic medical records (Salesforce)
Address and answer client questions under the supervision of the Center Medical Physician
Communicate to the Clinical Operations team any issues or adverse effects clients may experience (if any)
Provide therapeutic communication along with exceptional customer service
Assist with off-site events and special projects
Maintain a safe and clean working environment
What you bring to the table
Commitment to provide 5-star service in every patient interaction – excellent, personalized patient care
A relationship builder with high EQ and collaboration and communication skills that allow you to be effective at influencing a variety of stakeholders, including physicians
Ability to work independently and in a team setting alongside physicians and other clinical staff working towards meeting established targets/goals
Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and healthcare best practices
Passionate about longevity, healthy aging, healthcare and committed to personal self-care, healthy lifestyle, and personal growth
May assist in the facilitation of cross-selling additional services and/or upsell services, with support of the physician and PHC, including referrals
Willing to adhere to all policies and procedures and understand the importance of maintaining medical compliance
A Registered Nurse (RN) with an unrestricted, current license in Texas
You are BLS (Basic Life Support) certified
Possess at least two years of experience as a nurse in an acute care setting (ER, ICU, Med-Surg, or similar)
Possess at least one year of experience administering injections
Knowledge of hormone replacement therapy, nutraceuticals, and medical aesthetics is a plus
You are comfortable using electronic medical records to document client details
Knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the medical field
Willingness to see patients in person, as dictated by Cenegenics
Adhere to all federal, state and local regulations as well as all client requirements
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive patient information and proprietary information
