The position is responsible for working with the Lead Scheduler to effectively schedule all client audits, new and existing, both nationally and internationally. This process requires significant interaction with Sales, clients, and auditors to confirm audit dates in the RMS system while meeting all technical and program requirements.
Essential Functions
Scheduling:
Work with the Lead Scheduler to identify and effectively schedule all client audits: Pre-Assessment, Stage 1, Stage 2, Surveillance, Recertification, Transfer and Special audits, in accordance with Registrar procedures and industry requirements.
Schedule audits:
In a timely manner
Optimizing auditor utilization
While maintaining client satisfaction
Meet scheduling & customer service KPI goals, along with all associated departmental goals.
Business Development Support:
Assign new business contracts to Account Specialists once signed by the client.
Provide advanced administrative support services such as: Generating system reports, evaluating reports, presenting reports to senior management and acting upon associated outcomes.
Other Non-essential Functions
Assume Lead Scheduler responsibilities as business needs arise.
Approve auditor travel expenses when applicable via corporate travel requirements.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, or at least 4 years of administrative/sales experience.
Excellent computer and data entry skills.
Demonstrated, high level performance use of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Independent thinking and ability to perform multiple tasks.
Ability to build and work in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Comprehension of third-party registration process.
Working Conditions And Physical Requirements
Able to travel at least 5% of the time.
Ability to read/review and comprehend technical documents.
Ability to work for long periods at a computer/desk.
Standard office environment.
