Responsibilities:
Manage Regulatory Information for New Product Development (NPD) projects with third-party manufacturers, as well as timelines associated with NPD with planning team
Contact vendors to request and receive documents and testing materials following NPD approval of new products and shades
Prepare ingredient listings from raw data received from vendors for ingredient review against US, Canada, European Union, and other international markets
Update and maintain Product Information File (PIF), documentation received, and timelines related to Regulatory Information
Review documentation for accuracy and compliance with US and international markets
Assist in regulatory review of NPD primary and secondary artwork for accuracy, as well as Pre-Production PDFs from Hong Kong team
Execute and assist in EU registration process by submitting formulations for third-party toxicological review, follow-up with vendors for necessary regulatory information, and work closely with off-site partner to execute goals of business development team
Assist Regulatory Department for customer inquiries and general product questions from social media platforms
Support retail teams for registrations
Requirements:
0-3 years' experience, preferred in cosmetics, pharmaceutical, internships, or consumer goods
Bachelor's in science field, or related experience in science field
European (EU) registration experience preferred
Excellent communication and organization skills required
Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills required
Working knowledge of manufacturing process of cosmetics or consumer goods preferred
Knowledge of FDA, Health Canada, EU Cosmetic Directive desired
Strong work ethic and desire to excel in a fast-paced environment mandatory

Salary range: $62,500-65,000 (compensation will depend on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill level, relevant work experience & education)
