Daily Responsibilities for Vice President of Quality & Clinical Program Oversight :
Leads all Plan activities for National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) re-accreditation
Analyzes data, conducts root cause analysis, facilitates improvement plans, provides technical support to Plan managers, and reassesses performance through re-measurement activities
Prepares reports for quality oversight committees, develops methods to communicate performance to providers, and identifies clinical and administrative concerns for further investigation and analysis
Hiring, work allocation, scheduling, training and professional development, problem resolution, performance evaluation, and related supervisory activities.

Required Qualifications for Vice President of Quality & Clinical Program Oversight :
Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration, Public Health, or Nursing
Active licensure as a Registered Nurse / RN is required
Experience working in a Managed Care setting
A minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience in leading Quality Improvement Programs, including staff supervision and budget management, is required
Comprehensive knowledge of Medicaid regulations, guidelines, and standards is required
Comprehensive knowledge of accreditation organizations such as NCQA is required

Pay Details:
$200,000 - $250,000 annually + potential bonus
