We are searching for a motivated AT&T Residential Sales Representative to join our sales team! The AT&T Residential Sales Representative will work on behalf of our award-winning client AT&T, which is one of the world’s leading providers of technology and communications services. The AT&T Residential Sales Representative will build relationships with potential customers to discover their needs by providing individualized customer service. This will ensure that our customers are getting the best cutting-edge wireless and internet products and services they need. The AT&T Residential Sales Representative will actively seek out and engage with both existing and new customer prospects directly. The AT&T Residential Sales Representative must be responsible, dependable, assertive, goal-driven, and have a desire for long-term personal and professional growth. To be successful in this role, you must have the ability to negotiate and build relationships.
Present, promote, and provide existing and potential customers with rapid wireless and internet product/service knowledge and solutions that will suit their needs
Develop basic presentations, quotes, and proposals for individual customers as needed
Generate sales by establishing, developing, and maintaining positive business and customer relationships
Accelerate the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize customer satisfaction
Analyze the territory’s potential, track sales, and status reports to achieve agreed-upon sales targets
Provide reports to management on customer needs, problems, and interests
Evaluate all competitors’ activities including new product launches or price reductions
