About The Role
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Solution Architect with hands-on development experience with a strong focus on SAP Retail, Supply Chain, and Cloud technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable and secure technology solutions that optimize retail grocery operations. Your expertise in SAP Retail, Supply Chain, and Security will be critical in driving efficiency, improving customer experience, and ensuring the integrity of our retail grocery processes.
Responsibilities Include:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including retail managers, business analysts, and IT professionals, to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Design end-to-end solutions that leverage SAP Retail, Supply Chain, and Cloud technologies to optimize retail grocery operations.
Act as the subject matter expert in SAP S/4 HANA systems within the retail and supply chain domain, provide guidance and support to project and operation teams on SAP best practices, system integration, data migration, and configuration while staying updated with the latest SAP technologies, trends, and industry standards to drive innovation and ensure optimal system performance.
Evaluate, recommend, and implement cloud-based solutions that enhance the scalability, flexibility, and reliability of retail grocery operations. Leverage cloud platforms such as GCP to enable efficient data management, analytics, and collaboration.
Ensure the security and compliance of retail grocery solutions. Develop and implement robust security measures to protect sensitive customer data, ensure data privacy, and comply with industry standards and regulations.
Collaborate with stakeholders at various levels, including business users, executives, and IT teams, to gather requirements, understand their needs, and provide technical guidance. Communicate complex technical concepts and solutions in a clear and concise manner.
Create comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, solution designs, and implementation guidelines. Provide training and support to internal teams on the proper use and maintenance of implemented solutions.
Lead or participate in SAP implementation and upgrade projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards, while creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation and conducting knowledge transfer sessions to train and-users and support teams on newly implemented solution.
Performing integration architecture and infrastructure design activities
Monitor the work of the technical team and ensure standards are adhered to in accordance with SAP’s Solution Extensions.
Conducts a code review process of SAP development projects and products to ensure the project or product is implemented as per the approved design and code standards.
About You:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field or higher with 10+ years of experience
5+ years of experience in SAP Solution design, systems integration,
Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA modules, including FICO, MM, Warehouse Management, and other relevant modules.
Must have excellent expertise in development using ABAP objects, HANA SQL Programming, SAP Fiori Developments, OData developments.
Proven expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining end-to-end SAP S/4HANA solution.
Experience with system integration, data migration, and configuration in SAP S/4HANA environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Must demonstrate exceptional teamwork skills and a strong ability to support and uplift their fellow team members, fostering a positive and cooperative working dynamic.
Strong understanding of retail grocery processes and best practices.
Project management experience, with the ability to lead and deliver multiple projects concurrently.
Strong understanding of security and compliance requirements in the retail grocery environment.
SAP S/4HANA certifications in relevant modules would be an advantage.
Ability to work with developers in an in-and-out outsourced environment.
