SAP Organizational Change Management Lead Consultant needed on contract basis (W-2 only; no recruiters or agencies please) for full-time project in Los Angeles to help client with upgrade to SAP Hana and overall finance transformation program. This role will require some time spent onsite so the consultant must be Socal-based.
This role requires a special blend of program management acumen, change management expertise, and knowledge of SAP Hana. Experience with migrations from on-prem SAP to SAP Hana are a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Define overall OCM strategy and leading delivery efforts for each facet of OCM, including executive alignment, stakeholder analysis and communication, readiness assessments, journey mapping, change impacts identification and management.
Focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, system, technology, job roles and organization structures.
In partnership with workstream leads, creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance.
Ability to program manage the change effort across multiple workstreams and teams
Qualifications
3+ years experience end-to-end SAP project implementations
5+ years experience in consulting with a leading consulting firm serving enterprise customers
5+ years experience in organizational change management
Demonstrated success as a Organizational Change Manager on a range of SAP project/program lifecycles.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
Must be located in Socal area
