**Job Description:**

We are seeking a seasoned SAP Solutions Architect specializing in S/4 HANA to join our IT team. As a key member, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing SAP solutions that support our retail business operations, enhance efficiency, and enable future growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead the design and architecture of SAP solutions based on S/4 HANA, ensuring alignment with business goals and IT strategy.

- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable and sustainable SAP solutions.

- Provide expert guidance on best practices and methodologies for implementing S/4 HANA modules, including Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), and Retail-specific functionalities.

- Design and oversee the integration of SAP S/4 HANA with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.

- Develop roadmaps, blueprints, and technical documentation for SAP S/4 HANA implementations and upgrades.

- Lead and mentor a team of SAP consultants and developers in delivering high-quality solutions and ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget.

- Stay updated with SAP S/4 HANA innovations and industry trends, recommending enhancements and optimizations to existing systems.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

- Proven experience as a SAP Solutions Architect with specialization in SAP S/4 HANA, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in architecting and implementing SAP solutions.

- Strong expertise in designing and implementing SAP modules such as FI, CO, SD, MM, and retail-specific functionalities in an S/4 HANA environment.

- Experience in leading full lifecycle SAP projects, from requirements gathering and solution design to implementation and post-go-live support.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact effectively with business leaders and technical teams.

- SAP certifications in relevant modules (e.g., SAP Certified Application Professional – SAP S/4HANA for Retail) are highly desirable.
