Our client is an organization in the great Milwaukee area looking for a Senior AR Billing Specialist. This company is looking for someone with 2+ years of full cycle AR experience, strong critical thinking skills, and strong Excel skills. The salary range for this job is 60k-75k.
The Senior AR Billing Specialist will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
Accurately prepare project billings.
Perform account reconciliations.
Investigate and resolve billing inquiries and discrepancies.
Collaborate with internal and external sales representatives.
Establish and maintain strong customer relationships.
Ad hoc projects as needed.
The Senior AR Billing Specialist will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
2+ years of accounts receivable experience.
Strong Excel skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
