What You Will Do:

  • Formulate the overall understanding of NA players, collaborate NA live operations overall strategy making, setting objectives and working collectively with the team to ensure their achievement.
  • Develop North American publishing strategies aligned with product milestones, leveraging resources across departments to maximize operational efficacy.
  • Manage diverse requirements within the NA region based on operational objectives, facilitating the implementation of necessary actions.
  • Utilize operational data to analyze product issues, propose optimization solutions, and continuously enhance patch quality and operational outcomes.
  • Streamline teamwork processes within the NA region, establish protocols, optimize management tools, and enhance team efficiency.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree or above; preferred qualifications include 5+ years of experience in the gaming industry or 3+ years of experience in game operations.
  • Prior involvement in the complete launch and patch release process of at least one game, along with experience in overseas publishing and a deep understanding of the North American market, is advantageous.
  • Possess strong data analysis skills and adeptness in problem identification.
  • Candidates with extensive gaming experience, familiarity with diverse player demographics, and a passion for ACG games are preferred.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication and collaboration abilities; fluency in English, as the working language, is prioritized. Other languages including Chinese, Japanese, Korean, etc will be plus.
  • Exhibit resilience under pressure, a diligent and accountable demeanor, and exceptional organizational planning skills.

Benefits:

The base pay range for this position is $100,000 to $180,000 USD per year. Actual pay is based on location and may vary depending on relevant knowledge, skills, and experience from the candidate. Total compensation may include salary, company bonuses, sign-on bonuses, relocation package, and other benefits such as:
