Responsibilities:
Recruits, interviews, checks references, makes offers and conducts orientation for new employees.
Performs exit interviews and processes change of employee status.
Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Experience recruiting across multiple business groups (IT included).
Experience recruiting for an array of software engineering roles, inclusive of specialized and niche positions.
Experience networking, sourcing, and hiring diverse talent.
Someone who loves solving challenging problems and building programs for scale.
Passion for building effective and high-performing teams.
Customer-focused and can provide a high-touch experience to both candidates and hiring managers.
Analytical mindset who understands the importance of tracking metrics.
Organized, works with a strong sense of urgency, and can quickly prioritize various top priorities.
Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
