The Position:

We're seeking an exceptional Sr Vice President of Online Admissions to join our dynamic team and lead our online admissions efforts for two premium online schools to new heights. What You'll Do:

• Serve as a trusted member of the executive team and be accountable for achieving organizational goals and benchmarks.
• Lead and manage a national team of admissions management, advisors and support personnel across two school brands, Stautzenberger Online and Cannavision Institute.
• Support and optimize our enterprise, student-centered enrollment workflows and processes.
• Develop and implement innovative admissions strategies to attract and enroll top-tier students.
• Develop admissions managers and their staffing pipeline: make hiring decisions, provide coaching and mentoring, manage performance, proactively determine staffing needs, develop and ensure succession.
• Serve as a key liaison across the other departments to ensure an operationally efficient, premium student experience, including marketing, financial aid, student services and career services.
• Stay up-to-date on and promote our culture of compliance and carefully adhere to the compliance, regulatory, and procedural processes.

Minimum Qualifications

• 7+ years experience of successfully managing admissions teams, with a proven track of success meeting and exceeding goals; and the references to back it up!
• Master’s degree in a related field from an accredited college
• Strong project management experience
• Ability to collaborate cross functionally
• Self-starter with the ability to work remotely, independently and lead a high-performance team
• Ability to identify new student markets and understand the competitor landscape
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Remote Leadership: knowledge, experience, and a history of success in managing functions and people from a distance
• Willingness to travel, as necessary, to the headquarters office in New Hope, PA (commutable distance to New Hope, PA, a strong plus).
• Open to a hybrid role, remote-first, your home office needs to be conducive to a traditional work environment
• Interest in or working knowledge of the cannabis industry and/or cannabis education a plus
