Service Technician

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Royce Industries L.C. is looking for a an experienced technician to join our team.

Job Duties:

• Performs troubleshooting and repair of pressure washers, parts washers, small engines, high pressure pumps, and water heating systems in a shop and on service calls.
• Prepares estimates on service repairs and gets customers approvals for repairs.
• Completes description of work performed on each service ticket.
• Clean shop areas.
• Make Deliveries and Pickups
• All other jobs and duties as requested by management or their representative.
  
  

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least two year's related experience in a service shop
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively with customers or employees of organizations
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide
• Current driver's license, good driving record, and insurable.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check are required for all applicants for this position.
• Must be available Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.
  
  

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, talk, and hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
