Supply Chain & Operation Manager - Remote | WFH

Join an award-winning cosmetics brand dedicated to setting a new standard of inclusivity in the beauty industry. We are seeking a Supply Chain & Operations Manager to oversee our supply chain operations, manage relationships with retail partners such as Ulta Beauty & Credo Beauty, and optimize procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of supply chain operations, including purchasing, inventory management, vendor selection, and distribution of finished goods.

Ensure timely and accurate shipment of orders to both D2C and retail partners (Ulta Beauty & Credo Beauty).

Oversee and maintain relationships with 3PL warehouse teams to ensure efficient shipping and receiving processes.

Collaborate closely with Ulta Beauty's Supply Chain Team to fulfill POs on time and in compliance with their policies.

Maintain ERP automatic interfaces via EDI, Warehouse, and e-commerce management, ensuring smooth order transmissions and quick resolution of any issues.

Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost-savings through improved efficiencies and negotiations.

Manage inventory counts, coordinate freight logistics, and optimize shipping costs to enhance overall operational efficiency.

Experience And Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of operations experience in the beauty, skincare, or haircare industry.

Proven experience working with retailers such as Ulta Beauty, Sephora, Target, or Macy's is essential.

Familiarity with EDI programs (e.g., SPS, OpenText, PIM Portal) is preferred.

Highly organized with excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a remote work environment.

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and adapt to changing priorities.

Working Conditions

This is a part-time, fully remote position.

Flexible hours with occasional weekend availability during peak seasons.

No travel required.
