Talent Acquisition Manager

Cedarhurst, a regional healthcare provider and true friend of older adults, seeks a service-minded, career-oriented individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at our Cedarhurst Senior Living Home Office in St. Louis, MO.


As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will spearhead our recruitment efforts by managing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Apploi, and optimizing job postings across various platforms like Indeed and LinkedIn to attract top-tier talent. Your role involves sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating with hiring managers to ensure seamless onboarding, and maintaining data integrity through integration with our HRIS system. You will also support community inquiries, troubleshoot ATS issues, and collaborate on recruitment projects and training initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of the applicant tracking system (ATS), Apploi
  • Create and publish job postings on various platforms ensuring they are optimized to attract talent.
  • Serve as first point of contact for community inquiries related to the ATS and new hire process
  • Provide support and troubleshooting assistance to users experiencing issues with the ATS
  • Coordinate and optimize job postings and campaigns on Indeed and LinkedIn to reach potential candidates effectively
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires
  • Administer access controls and permissions for the ATS and other recruitment tools
  • Oversee the integration of recruitment data with the HRIS system to streamline the process and maintain accuracy
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Manager on assistance or development projects and recruitment reports
  • Collaborate with the corporate Business Operation Specialists to ensure to ensure community training is up to date
  • Assist with the organization and participation in job fairs, recruitment events, and other outreach activities to attract potential candidates
  • Keep abreast of trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment technology to continually improve processes and strategies
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR coordination role preferred
  • Understanding of applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast paced environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and experience with HRIS systems is preferred
