Summary:

Looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, attracting, evaluating, and hiring top talent for an organization. The TAS will play a crucial role in acquiring skilled and diverse talent to support the organization's objectives and growth. The TAS will ideally work in either the Pacific Time (PT) or Mountain Time (MT) zones. Candidates residing within these time zones are preferred to facilitate collaboration and communication with our team and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have high-volume recruiting experience, preferably someone who has worked with filling frontline and/or hourly roles for hospitality and/or clinical.


Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing Candidates: Utilizing various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals to identify potential candidates.

Screening and Interviewing: Reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and interviewing candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and fit for the role.

Building Talent Pipelines: Developing and maintaining a network of potential candidates for current and future job openings.

Collaborating with Hiring Managers: Partnering with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and create effective recruitment strategies.

Managing the Recruitment Process: Overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating assessments, and extending job offers.

Employer Branding: Promoting the organization's employer brand to attract top talent and enhance its reputation as an employer of choice.

Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyzing recruitment metrics and providing regular reports to management on key performance indicators and hiring trends.

Compliance and Diversity: Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and promoting diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process.

Candidate Experience: Ensuring a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process, regardless of the outcome.
