At least 1 year of experience in full cycle recruiting and sourcing
Experience with applicant tracking systems
Experience with recruitment tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
Job Description:
Work closely with hiring managers on business needs
Assist with defining criteria for ideal candidates
Promote openings through social media, recruitment channels, internal referrals, trade schools, etc.
Source quality candidates within resume database tools and Workday ATS.
Assist with Career Fairs as needed with other TA and HR personnel.
Full cycle recruitment process.
Compensation:
$16-$18/hour
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
